A full Production Process
From die-line engineering to shipping and fulfillment, Rush was there every step of the way to ensure this project's completion. This was no ordinary box production job, however, as we got to combine our laser etching capabilities as part of a packaging component!
This project consisted of 1,000 mailer boxes, box inserts, shipper boxes, and special laser etched / customized tape measures.

A classic start
As we do with most projects, we begin by creating the die and printing the boxes on our large format printers, providing us with the housing for what each box will contain.
Adding a touch of softness
Next up, we laminated each and every box with a soft touch matte laminate, giving the gift box a more sleek appearance while also adding protection.
cutting it out
Of course, for a box to be a box, it must be cut and creased so it can be assembled before we start kitting them with the tape measures.
Scratching that etch
Our team etched the client's logo to each and every tape measure, adding yet another touch of personalization to these gift boxes.
When our unique tools come together to create a product, it's like a symphony of precision and creativity.
This synchronized dance of equipment and craftsmanship creates a product where the individual parts are greater than the whole.
one final step
Finally, each tape measure was placed into its specially fitted insert before being closed up and prepped for shipping. Safe travels!
