Digital Printing

We appreciate the advantages of digital printing and what it can do for our customers. The cost-effective, short-run capabilities of our HP Indigo presses mean that we can print what our customers want when they want it by providing proofs and conducting trials prior to production.

Advantages of Digital Printing:

• Quick turnarounds
• More accurate counts & less waste
• Variable printing: using information from a database or external file, text, and graphics can be changed on each piece without a costly setup

Offset Printing

For projects that require high volumes or specialty substrates.

Advantages of Offset Printing:

• Versatility (ability to print on specialty textured papers)
• Cost-effective for long print runs
• Inline finishing

Emboss/Deboss

Embossing and debossing are most often used for decorative purposes. We use a metal plate to apply pressure to specific areas of a printed piece, forcing the fibers to extrude in a certain direction. This finishing method can be used along with other methods such as Hot Stamping, Die-cutting, and spot UV coating to create a long-lasting viewer impression.

Foil Stamp

We offer hot stamping using foil films. Custom foil stamping is a great way to make your printed materials or packaging stand out.

Other finishing services include but are not limited to:

• Spot coating (gloss, matte, grit / tactile, etc.)
• Raised Scodix
• Die-cutting
• Bindery (Wire-O, Perfect Bound, Saddle Stitch, Sew Stitch, Round Cornering)
