A Fresh Look for a Timeless Treat
Turtles, known for its classic mix of chocolate, caramel, & pecans, partnered with us to capture a fresh, updated look for their website. The goal was to bring that same warmth and nostalgia to life using pastel colors and vintage props. Our team came together to print and assemble packaging comps across all their flavors to get them picture-ready. From there, we moved into the studio to photograph and retouch new imagery that carries the same, soft, timeless feel.

From Print to Production
Before stepping into the studio, the team got to work producing the Turtles packaging comps. The artwork was carefully color matched and brought to life in our comp studio. After being proofed for accuracy, the comps were assembled and made camera ready.
A Styled Approach
For the updated website photography, our styling approach focused on combining some vintage inspiration with a clean, modern aesthetic. During the prop sourcing, we carefully selected vintage silver ice cream dishes, bowls, plates, and textured glassware to add a timeless and elevated feel to each setup.
We incorporated soft pastel tones throughout the sets to complement the variety of Turtle flavors, from milk and dark chocolate to sea salt and peanut. We also printed custom backdrops and used an assortment of posing blocks that were custom spray painted to perfectly coordinate the colors together. Once the camera and lighting was set, we began capturing the full collection.
Results
The new collection of images, including Turtles' new peanuts packaging was ready to shine. The photography was featured throughout the brand's website and gave the entire lineup a cohesive look. From bags and bars to individually wrapped pieces, every product had its moment in the spotlight.
The process was "Slow Good"... but the results were worth the wait!
