What is the Youtube Black Voices Fund
In 2020, Youtube enacted a movement known as the Black Voices Fund, a project that sought to shine a spotlight on and grow Black creators and music on the platform.
We’ve welcomed 500 grantees... This incredible group includes musicians, beauty entrepreneurs, comedians, activists, poets, personal trainers, parents, photographers, gamers and more.

Printing and Pack-out Project
Here at Rush, we are always happy to be included in projects that seek to shine a spotlight on those who would normally be overlooked or left out. So of course we were eager to be included when we were tasked with printing boxes and carrying out the pack-out process for Special Youtube branded jackets going out to creators that are part of this year's Black Voices Fund.
Firstly, we printed all the boxes that were to hold the jackets from Youtube. Next up was packing, which was a simple process. Each jacket was put in a protective bag and then set down in each box and packed to ship.
Part of Something Larger
As both a minority-owned and women-owned business, Rush Graphics is no stranger to the struggles and obstacles certain people face due to their backgrounds and appearance. So we were happy and privileged to be able to have a part in this process that will help to alleviate some of these challenges for those participating in the Youtube Black Voices project.
